Once you place your order and provide us with your requirements, we can begin right away. While developing your site we use our web hosting account and a test domain within the client area. However, when you have approved the final design, we will upload it to the hosting provider of your choice at the web address you specify.

Domain name registration and hosting are not part of our packages so you will need to arrange these separately, but you can do this while we are developing your site. For domain name registration we recommend GoDaddy.com and for WordPress hosting HostGator.com is a good choice. We use both of these services, and recommend them to our clients.

As we do not include images you may want to purchase images for your website. We will crop or resize the images as part of the package. However if you would like us to edit the images further then this will incur and additional fee.

Additionally, Innta Online Solutions does not write content. If you do not want to write the content for your website yourself, then you may want to hire the sevices of a web copywriter.

By using WordPress to build websites, development time is significantly reduced which means we can create sites very quickly. Also in order price our packages so competitively we there are limits to the types of customizations we will do. Please read ‘The (Not So Small) Fine Print’ of the individual packages to see what is and is not included.

Note also that because activities such as deciding on a theme, layout and colors are very much dependant upon the client we do not start counting days spent delivering the website until the client provides all content, images and requirements.

Yes we can. Having a short list of recommended plugins allows us to keep development costs down. Because we are familiar with these plugins we can quickly configure them for our clients. For a small fee we can install other plugins for you. If there is a particular plugin you would like installed the cost is $10. However, if you don’t have a specific plugin in mind, but want a plugin with certain features then we can gather your requirements and research into possible plugins. The cost for research and install is $40. Note that if we cannot find a plugin that meets your needs we will refund you 50% (i.e. $20).

No. Some plugins or Themes require that you set up posts in order to display content. For example many sliders (rotating image slideshow) require you to add the images to posts. Although these packages do not populating posts, we will do so (at no extra cost) if this is required by the plugin or theme up to a maximum of 4 posts.

When you place your initial order you will pay for the package without extras. However, once we have gathered your requirements and identified that you need more than is offered in our standard packages we will invoice you separately for these via a PayPal Invoice. Yes. You will need to purchase the theme yourself and then provide us with the theme files. Note that because of licensing restrictions with some premium themes we will install the theme directly on to your web host account while developing instead of ours. Additionally because the development work is being carried out on your web hosting account, we are unable to offer you our Money Back Gurantee.

Yes. However, because it is not listed on wordpress.org/extend/themes, we would have concerns about installing it on our web servers. We would therefore carry out all development work on your web hosting account, and would not be able to offer your our 100% Money Back Guarantee.

Unfortunately, we cannot supply images, though we do recommend iStockPhoto.com as it has a great selection of royalty free stock images that you can purchase. While developing your site we can use place-holder images, if you don’t have all your images ready when you place your order.

Yes we can. Note that if we place your logo in the header it will appear on every page but will only count as one image upload.

Sorry, but this is not a service we offer. However, if your website content is not ready when you place your order we can use place-holder text and replace it later with the actual text.

We aim to transfer sites within 2 business days of sign off.

If you are not ready to go live immediately we can continue to host your development site for 30 days. For periods longer than 30 days you will be charged for hosting at $9.95 per month or part thereof. Payable via PayPal invoice.

Note also that there is an option in WordPress to hide your site from search engines. And while developing sites we install a plugin to protect the site so only registered users can see it. If we move the site to your domain, before you are ready for people to view it, these two measures will protect your site before you launch.

We have included a lot of features in our services (particularly the business packages) as we understand every ones requirements are different. In order to keep our prices low we have made the assumption that not every client will want every feature, though of course if you want it all that is perfectly fine. Also once the site has moved from our host it becomes more time consuming to customize as we need to deal with permissions to your host and other WordPress configuration changes that might have occurred since we created the site. For these reasons we are unable carry out parts of the work at a later date.

Should you require additional work on your site after we have moved it your hosting account, then we will be happy to do so via our Website Redo service.

Payment is by PayPal, choose ‘Buy Now’ to select the package you want to purchase. Note that the PayPal shopping cart also accepts credit card payments so you do not need a PayPal account yourself. For any additional costs such as extra pages or images you will be invoiced directly via PayPal. While developing a site hide it from search engines, to prevent it being listed and from people stumbling across it. Also install a plugin which only allows registered users to see it. We will set you up with an account so that you can view the site, but you will not be able to make any changes. Once we transfer the site to your domain we will turn both of these off, and adjust your account prillivages to give you full admin rights.

Yes. We will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference

Yes, this is possible. You can change your mind on the package up until the point you sign off the scope document. We will send you your refund via PayPal.

Before we begin the customizations we install your selected theme and send you a scope of work document listing the changes to be carried out. Up until you agree to this scope document you can change to a custom theme for the price difference. We will send you a PayPal invoice for the additional payment.

Before we begin the customizations we send you a scope of work document listing your requirements, with an image of your site. Up until you agree to this scope document you can change to the Theme Customization service, and we will refund the difference via PayPal.

Yes. We do not create sites that are ‘adult’ or of ‘questionable morality’. Determining whether a site fits either of these descriptions is at the discretion of Innta Online Solutions. If you are in any doubt as to whether we would consider your site to be ‘adult’, then please contact us prior to ordering.

Unfortunately our money back guarantee only applies to the building of new websites, though you will receive the same great level of service with our Website Redo service.

Our quotes are calculated using a rate of $40 per hour. Based on the specifications you give us we will calculate how many hours it will take and then multiply this by $40 for each hour. However, because we only do ‘fixed cost’ work, it means that if we overrun on our time, you won’t be charged extra.

Yes. Once we have a full understanding of your requirements we will issue you a quote. Unless you request additional work after the quote is issued, the cost will not change.

Before development work begins you are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the quoted amount. The remaining 50% is payable on completion of the work.

If the scope of work increases we will issue a separate quote for the additional work. Note that additional work must be paid for in full once it is agreed. If the scope of work decrease and we have not yet completed that portion of the work we will reduce the amount owning on your final invoice.

Once you agree to our quote you will be send an invoice via PayPal for 50% of the quoted amount. Though remember you don’t need a PayPal account, as you can pay with a Credit Card. Once the work has been completed we will send you a final invoice for the remaining 50%, which you must pay within 7 days. Note – PayPal transactions are processed through Innta Business Solutions Ltd (owner of Innta Online Solutions)

Yes, we will work with whatever theme you have or would like to change to as part of the Website Redo service.
